Directions to Trellis Partners

Via Fortuna is located on the southwest side of Austin. It is on the northbound access road of South Loop 1 (MOPAC). It is just South of Barton Skyway and just North of Loop 360. Click here for an online map.

From the Airport
1. Take TX 71 (US 290) West to Loop 360 North (Capital of Texas Highway).
2. Continue on Loop 360 to Loop 1 (MOPAC).
3. Take the Loop 1 North exit. Stay in the right-hand lane of the Loop 1 access road (don't enter the freeway).
4. Via Fortuna is the 2nd street on the access road. Turn right onto Via Fortuna.
5. Take the first right on Via Fortuna into the parking lot of Building One. Please park in the garage in any space reserved for visitors or any unreserved spot. We are on the 1st floor in Suite 150.

From Downtown
1. Take 1st Street or 6th Street to Loop 1 South (MOPAC).
2. Take Loop 1 South to the 360 North exit.
The next part is rather tricky -
3. Take the 360 North exit (but do not get onto 360).
4. As you exit 360, stay in the left lane of the access road and take the turnaround to go North on the Loop 1 access road.
5. Once you are on the northbound access road, move into the right lane and continue North on the access road. (Do not enter the freeway.)
6. Via Fortuna is the 2nd street on the access road. Turn right onto Via Fortuna.
7. Take the first right on Via Fortuna into the parking lot of Building One. Please park in the parking garage in any space reserved for visitors or any unreserved spot. We are on the 1st floor in Suite 150.

From Loop 360 (Capitol of Texas Highway) North or South
1. Take the Loop 1 North (MOPAC) exit.
2. Stay in the right lane of the access road. (Don't enter the freeway.)
3. Via Fortuna is the 2nd street on the access road. Turn right onto Via Fortuna.
4. Take the first right on Via Fortuna into the parking lot of Building One. Please park in the parking garage in any space reserved for visitors or any unreserved spot. We are on the 1st floor in Suite 150.

From IH35 traveling South
1. Take IH35 South to the 6th Street exit.
2. Go right on 6th Street to Loop 1 South (MOPAC).
3. Take Loop 1 South to the Loop 360 North (Capital of Texas Highway) exit.
4. Take the 360 North exit (but do not get onto 360).
5. As you exit, stay in the left lane of the access road and take the turnaround to go North on the Loop 1 (Mopac) access road.
6. Once you are on the northbound Loop 1 access road, move into the right lane and continue North on the access road. (Do not enter the freeway).

From IH35 traveling North (downtown area - for directions from San Antonio see below)
1. Take IH35 North to the 6th Street exit.
2. Go left on 6th Street to Loop 1 South (MOPAC).
3. Take Loop 1 South to the Loop 360 North (Capital of Texas Highway) exit.
4. Take the 360 North exit (but do not get onto 360).
5. As you exit, stay in the left lane of the access road and take the turnaround to go North on the Loop 1 (Mopac) access road.
