Before joining Trellis, Mr. Broeker was a leader in the Austin technology practice of Ernst & Young, where he worked with venture-backed technology companies in all stages. He has garnered a depth of experience in audit, tax and start-up business consulting, in addition to extensive IPO credentials after working on a majority of the most prominent Austin IPOs—including Vignette, pcorder.com, and Pervasive Software. Prior to Ernst & Young, he served for six years in the technology practice of Deloitte & Touche in California. Mr. Broeker is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as a Director of Works and Debix and is actively involved with CipherMax (formerly MaXXan) and Xtera.
